Most Watched Korean Dramas 2014 Thursday, August 7, 2014 | 0 Diamond[s] Hello again friends and readers, Now I'll post best korean dramas that recently have been watched often by people all around the world in 2014. According to the citizens, these dramas made 2014 a year to remember. I'll explain about the synopsis and give the pictures too. 1.My Love From Another Star Do Min Joon is an alien who came from the star in 1609 on Joseon era, due to helping a princess who was hunted by entire kingdom and accidentally became his first love, he can't get back to his friends to the star and he had no choice to live in earth for 400 years without getting old and being a human with many super powers that he hid and being a professor in a university. When it was 3 months for him left in earth, he suddenly met an arrogant actress, Cheon Song Yi whom he thought is his reincarnated-first love and fell in love with her. Then, what will he decide? Love or life? 2.Mimi Min-woo is a 28-year-old introverted writer of webcomics (or "webtoon") who has partial memory loss. One day, he finds a memo on his desk calendar, and because of it, writes a new webtoon titled December 8, which becomes an instant hit. But as the webtoon gets even more popular, Min-woo feels pressure from work and begins to suffer from severe headaches. He strives to recover his lost memories from the time he was an 18-year-old high school student, especially those of his first love, Mimi, as he unravels their mysterious fate. 3.Prime Minister And I Prime Minister Kwon Yul works well at his office, but he has a struggle to raise his three children alone since his wife died because of an accident. Nam Da Joeng is a reporter of Dating Scandal who is full of enthusiasm at work but always ends up missing big scoops. Then, after one accident they always meet each other and had a deal of marriage contract due to Nam Da Jeong's father wish for her being married. Nam Da Jeong comes to Kwon Yul's life and his three children like a christmas present. 4.Doctor Stranger The series will revolve around Park Hoon, a South Korean who was captured with his father and grows up in North Korea. He is trained to become a genius doctor, and though Park Hoon lands a job at the best South Korean hospital after defecting, he is treated as a foreigner. To find his lost North Korean first love, Song Jae Hee, he does anything to make money. 5.Answer Me In 1994 Set in 1994, six university students from various provincial areas of South Korea live together at a boarding house in Seoul which is run by a couple with a daughter named Na-jung. Like its predecessor, Reply 1997 , it follows a non-linear story telling where it shifts between the past in 1994 and the present in 2013, making the viewers guess who will become Na-jung's husband among the male characters. The series follows the pop culture events that happened between 1994 and the years that follow, including the emergence of seminal K-pop group Seo Taiji and Boys and the Korean Basketball League. 6. Pretty Man Dokgo Ma-te is the prettiest man in the world, and he knows it. He sets out to use his good looks to achieve power, riches and splendor. Ma-te meets Hong Yoo-ra , an ex-heiress who was once the daughter-in-law of a wealthy family. Yoo-ra senses a kindred gold digger in the ambitious Ma-tae and agrees to become his mentor in social climbing. She gives him a mission: Seduce 10 women who've all succeeded in different fields and afterwards, glean their individual, special abilities. But then Kim Bo-tong , an ordinary girl from a poor background, enters Ma-te's life. She has a huge crush on him and is willing to do anything to help him succeed. Despite himself, Ma-te finds Bo-tong adorable, and the rules of the game change. 7. Emergency Couple While in their early twenties, a medical school student, Oh Chang-min, and a dietitian, Oh Jin-hee, fall in love and marry despite his family's strong opposition. Chang-min comes from a family of wealthy, successful doctors; they think Jin-hee isn't good enough for him, and after he marries her, they cut him off without a cent. In order to earn money right away, Chang-min gives up his dream of becoming a doctor, and instead becomes a pharmaceutical salesman. He is miserable at his job, while Jin-hee's inferiority complex deepens as her husband's family continues to look down on her. They begin to fight constantly and eventually get a divorce. Six years later, Chang-min has gone back to med school to pursue his dream, while Jin-hee has also put herself through med school. They end up as interns at the same hospital, where they'll have to work in the emergency room together for three months. 8. Three Days The President of South Korea goes on holiday at a private villa. In the middle of the night, three gunshots are fired, and the president goes missing. His bodyguards, led by elite agent Han Tae-kyung, have three days to find the president and escort him safely back to the Blue House. Three Days follows the intertwining fates of those sworn to protect the president, the president himself, his political staff, and the true power players in the shadows who decide whether he lives or dies. So, what are you waiting for? Go watch these dramas. I bet you won't regret it. These are the best of the best of half a year of 2014.
